“The killer Instinct. “
This is a peculiar streak that runs in our veins. They fight till the last drop of our blood. Try to develop this and do the following:-
1. Accepting:- Working with situation without blaming ourself or others.
2. Appereciation:- Be thankfull for what you have and not focussing on what you don’t have.
3. Energizing:- Motivating ourselves towards a more active, positive state of goal.
4. Peacefull & Constructive Actions:- Speaking and acting in a peaceful and constructive manner towards others and our circumstances.
5. Forgiving:- Ridding ourselves of revenge and hatred towards others.
6. Phycial Exercise:- Stay fit, walking or doing slow stretching and breathing exercise to relax and calm yourself.
7. Planning:- Identifying goals, breaking goals into do able steps.
8. Practice:- Applying the ideas, knowledge and principles we are learning from reading and writing in our daily life.
9. Reading:- Studying books or magazine so that we can learn more about our inner self physical self.
10. Withdrawing:- Respectfully ending conversation that is going nowhere.
If we are able to adopt the aforesaid norms of killer instinct, there are bright chances of success.read more>>
